Job Duties

  • Extend a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.
  • Assist our talented chefs with various tasks during cooking classes, events, and culinary demonstrations.
  • Serve meals with grace and attentiveness to enhance guests’ dining experience.
  • Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Share your enthusiasm for food and wine with our guests, offering insights into flavor profiles, pairings, and culinary techniques.
  • Learn about different wine varietals, regions, and tasting notes, and assist with wine service throughout events.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and wine, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge of culinary techniques, wine pairings, and service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to accommodate event schedules.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to contribute to all aspects of our operation.
