Job Duties
- Extend a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- Assist our talented chefs with various tasks during cooking classes, events, and culinary demonstrations.
- Serve meals with grace and attentiveness to enhance guests’ dining experience.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Share your enthusiasm for food and wine with our guests, offering insights into flavor profiles, pairings, and culinary techniques.
- Learn about different wine varietals, regions, and tasting notes, and assist with wine service throughout events.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality, food, and wine, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge of culinary techniques, wine pairings, and service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to accommodate event schedules.
